SUMMARY:6th Annual Compassion Marketplace Craft Show
DESCRIPTION:The Compassion Marketplace is an annual shopping event created to raise money and awareness for God Water\, a local not for profit organization providing clean water and the hope of Jesus Christ to Liberia\, Africa. This family-friendly event is held at Hanover Central High School in Cedar Lake\, Indiana every year on the first Saturday in October. \nOur 6th Annual Compassion Marketplace on October 6th\, 2018 promises to have something for everyone: shopping with your favorite direct-sellers as well as unique handcrafters\, each vendor is holding their own raffle\, delicious food\, live music for a cafe atmosphere\, a huge basket raffles as well as big ticket raffle items(tickets available for purchase at the event)\, free door prize raffles\, and more!

DESCRIPTION:Throughout Lake County\, thousands will gather to discuss the positive work happening in their communities as well as the challenges their communities face\, with the intention of fueling meaningful change. \nThe 2nd Annual “On the Table” event is locally sponsored by the Cedar Lake Police\, Town Hall\, and Chamber.  This wonderful event is put on by the Legacy Foundation as an opportunity to gather around a table with friends\, neighbors\, colleagues\, or strangers to share a meal and talk about issues impacting our neighborhoods. This year\, they are encouraging more groups to take action after their conversations to make Lake County stronger\, safer and more dynamic.
