The Hanover Schools Education Foundation’s “Penguin Plop”will be held on Sat. March 2 at 10a.m. on the lakefront of the Town Complex Grounds, 7408 Constitution Ave. Anyone can enter the “Plop” and dip their “body” into the frigid waters of Cedar Lake.
